Refund policy

Every Lunar Capitol Supply™ item is made to order just for you by our production partners. Because nothing is made until you order it, we can't accept returns for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size or colour. But if something arrives wrong, we'll make it right.

What we cover

Items that arrive damaged or defective
Misprints (for example, a print that is faded, crooked, cut off or noticeably different from the product preview)
The wrong item or wrong size compared with what you ordered

How to report a problem

Email hello@lunarcapitol.ca within 30 days of delivery with:

your order number
a clear photo of the problem (and of the label, if it's the wrong size or item)

Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer. You usually won't need to send the item back. If we do ask for it, we'll cover the return shipping.

What we can't cover

Change of mind, or ordering the wrong size or colour (please check the size guide on each product before ordering)
Normal wear and tear, or damage from not following the care instructions
Problems reported more than 30 days after delivery
Small colour differences between your screen and the printed item

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email hello@lunarcapitol.ca as soon as possible. If it hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once production has started, we can't cancel it.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or your parcel never arrives, email us and we'll work with the carrier and our production partners to replace it or refund you. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can re-ship it once the shipping has been paid again.
