Shipping policy

Lunar Capitol Supply™ is based in British Columbia, Canada. Every item is made to order and shipped by our production partners from the facility best suited to your order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada only.

Production time

Each item is made after you order it. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes about 3 to 10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays and remote locations can add time.

Shipping rates (Canada)

Standard shipping is a flat rate based on your order subtotal:

Some items are made in a separate facility and carry their own shipping rate, which is added to the above. You'll always see the exact total at checkout before you pay.

Split parcels

Items in one order may be made in different places and arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll only pay the shipping shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking information when each parcel ships.

Duties and taxes

Applicable Canadian sales taxes are shown at checkout. Some parcels may be made outside Canada. If a carrier asks you for an unexpected import fee, email hello@lunarcapitol.ca before paying it and we'll help.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. Orders go into production quickly, so email hello@lunarcapitol.ca right away if you spot a mistake. We can't always change an address once an order has shipped.
